25.39 redesigned at 50 yards, 735 fps is one single hole. Awesome! Move to 80 yards, 8” groups if Im lucky. Twist too fast? Im gonna save them for 50 yards and in since their incredible accurate. Should I move to a lighter pellet to stretch it out a little or am I asking too much of it?

In my limited experience going heavier like MKII's would be my choice, but I'm shooting them at 810 fps so at 675 fps roughly for your situation that may not work?

The twist rate might be to slow for that pellet.

I have a BSA T-10 Scorpion (similar but different air volume). 18.9 JSB’s are awesome. 25’s were too heavy & slow.

HIGHLY embarrased. I fixed it. Factory left something in the moderator and was clipping the pellets. Little thin peice of plastic. Nice tight groups now!

Did you test them at only 50 and 80 yards? Have you tried inside of 50yds? Reason I ask: I had a rifle that spiraled the pellets. Right at 50yds (where I zeroed the scope) it grouped pretty well. At 75yds it would not group at all. Distances inside of 50 it still grouped but the POI shifted. Drove me nuts until I figured out what was happening - ended up replacing the barrel.
