I have a business owner around here that feeds his deer and has them trained so well that they come flocking out of the woods when they hear his side-by-side. I offered to thin the herd for him. No dice.

They use up to 600 lbs of oats per day.. The bird feeders have squirrels coming to them.. I would imagine they have coons and all sorts of critters with that much food.. Wonder about funding this operation?

Do they also cover the damages to automobiles when someone smacks these fatties with their ford?

I knew it! I've been telling everyone for years that some squirrels have antlers and are as big as deer! At least that's what I told the game warden when I didn't have a buck tag... just doing some pesting sir!

We have tons of deer dead on the side of the roads around here. Lots of giant subdivisions eating up there habitats.

Conservation said over 200k deer harvested this year. Dunno if they keep track of all the ones that played in traffic.

Thats just the ones that get called in. Not sure how many that get hit on the road and driver doesn't stop to report it if the car is still good enough to roll on. Definately have plenty of bloated bellies on the shoulders of our busier roads.
