When filling up my brocock sniper hp gun using my nomad 2 compressor I am having problems with the air coming out of the gun instead of going in at various times. . The compressor will shut off and then I bleed the line off and unhook the gun then it empties out all the air.

Sounds like a bad check valve or something like that in the airgun. I fill my sniper hp directly from my shoebox compressor and have never had a problem like that.

If its leaking from the foster fitting when you remove the fill hose, then yes you will have to call AOA or someone who has a spanner wrench tool to remove the foster fitting and change the o-ring. This is usually caused by filling the gun too quick.

AOA has a video of the Oring replacement it is a simple fix once you get the foster off. You will need a vise of some sort to hold the foster once off to get at the Oring on the valve. I had accidentally dislodged the Oring by filling too fast.

What was the outcome of this? I’m having the same issue with my brocock sniper and was wondering if it was a valve that needs replaced or just an oring. How hard was it to remove the foster fitting? Did you need a special tool? I certainly don’t want to send a gun back for a simple repair if I don’t need to. Just figured I’d asked before starting exploratory surgery. Thanks
