I have the Brocock Contour S6 Elite, which is the same except for a bull barrel, slightly larger air cylinder, and a pressure gauge. The rifle has made me a fan of light weight, compact guns, and I almost never shoot my heavy rifles any more. It is so light weight, I almost giggle every time I pick it up. I am starting to use it for field target, and have found it to be quite accurate out to 50 yd. I have found the H&N Field Target Trophy to be the best pellet, followed closely by JSB 15.89 gr.
The weakest feature of the rifle is the magazine indexing. It works fine, but you have to make sure it is in the correct position after inserting the magazine...I just wiggle it a bit to make sure it is in position, or you can rotate it to the next position to be sure. Also, if the pellet does not get inserted far enough into the magazine to be held securely by the o-ring, then it can back out just enough to jam when you try to cycle the next shot. When this happens, it can be difficult to wiggle and tap it until you can release the magazine and clear the jammed pellet.
I can't tell you anything about servicing the Brocock, so search the internet to see if there are any videos.
