Skip, which gun? I have a Compatto and a Sniper HR, trying to figure out what the extended sheath is? Maybe an image to help us help you?

When you disconnect a fill line with a foster fitting quick disconnect you pull down a ring about 1/2 inch long. Brocock made a ring about an inch long that fits over the regular ring. It makes it much easier to remove the fill hose.
