Brocock Compatto 22 and Air Arms diabolo pellets

I have been shooting my Compatto a lot here lately...being the new toy it's man law you have to...
I have never shot air arms pellets before I have always assumed they were the same as JSB....
The JSB shot great out of my Compatto...so I thought! Until I shot the air arms Diablo 16gr pellets. Those are by far what the compatto prefers.... accuracy is spot on... amazing!

The only difference between the AA and JSBs is the colour of the tin. JSB relabels pellets for at least half a dozen other companies. The quality of these rebadged pellets is no better or worse than their own labeled product. Different batches of pellets will give slightly different results but you are just as likely to get mixed variations with the AAs, Cometas, and Daystates as with the red tinned JSBs.

I don't have first hand information on this, but I had read in my research that JSB uses their own pellet molds to make JSB. They also make the AA pellets, but use AA molds, not the JSB molds. I might be wrong on this but if anyone has proof otherwise it would be nice to have the real facts.
