I have had some good success with adjusting the rear most sear engagement screw. You can do quite a bit with this one, but you have to be careful. The factory uses a heavy grease on the sear parts, which makes the trigger very temperature sensitive. I have had mine perfectly tuned in the basement, then go to the cold garage and have it fire upon bolt closing or just with a bump. I am fortunate not to have shot the current chrony. My next plan is to the trigger and remove the heavy grease that causes this sensitivity and polish all of the sear surfaces, and apply some remoil. I think that the first few set screws really only change the first stage, which really does not touch the sear until the first stage is taken up. In other words, it just takes out the creep before the real trigger starts. Good luck on this one.
