I am looking at a Brocock Bamtan sniper stander 25 for hunting, If you have own one what do you thing about the sniper good or bad, the new one with the side lever can reg and hammer spring be adjusted for more power.

Hi had a 22 cal for years never a problem should have never sold it!!!!!! To me they are the best air gun!!!! fyi paper p

I have a .25 Brocock Bantam Sniper HR. It has a bolt, not the side lever. It’s on the heavy side compared to my preferred woods walker. Pairs great with a tripod or bipod. Which animals do you wish to hunt and what style of hunting do you intend to employ with it?

@dparsons, the Bantam Sniper XR HP seems to be better suited for your stated choice of .25 than the non HP in .25, as @wyshadow, already stated many feel the non HP model in .25 is underpowered.

Thanks for the info, I thought it was under power, but it does have a reg and hammer spring, I guess you are not able to do much with that.?
