BRK Ghost swapping bottles

Hello All,
I already own a .22 HP version of the gun. Since the valve I was told comes part of the bottle ( I might have misunderstood but i.e you cannot use the 480cc bottle from the commander) would I be able to swap bottles between the HP and the carbine version of the gun? For example would I be able to use the 300 cc bottle on the HP version and vise versa or are they gonna be valved differently ( high power vs lower power)?. Hope it makes sense.

Yes, bottle has a valve to prevent losing all the air when it's unscrewed.

I've done exactly what you're saying. The 300cc bottle swaps out for a bigger bottle, in my case a 480cc. If you're ordering a new bottle I'd recommended your specify that your need the valve.

You ask if they're valved differently between high power and low power....I think you're meaning the main valve in the gun with that question. To my knowledge, there's only one balanced valve across all three Ghost configurations. The most obvious is that the exhaust port that came in the .177 Carbine is the same sizes as the replacement valve sourced by AOA a few months later. But all other sources seemrr to be the same as well. I'm using that valve to get 50fpe in .22 with a longer barrel, basically a Ghost HP. And it was doing just under 20fpe as a .177.

So to my knowledge, the power output comes from changing settings of the regulator/hammer spring tension/hammer stroke/hammer weight, not the main valve, nor the valve in the bottle.
