"Bore-Whips" reusable barrel cleaning

I acquired a package of these from Shot Show and decided to give them a try. They don't make them in .25 (yet), these are .22.

Package of 3 so I pulled each of them twice. 2 wet & 1 dry (4 wet, 2 dry passes total).

They seem to work pretty well. But could be a tight fit into some breaches.

I kinda like the idea that these are washable/reusable. But on the other hand do I have time for more work?

I'll give them a quick wash and let you know how it goes.

I have the same ones and they work really well in cleaning out the barrel. I use Dawn dish washing soap to clean off the dirt and oils from the sponge tip. They do eventually wear away and break off. I cut off the sponge tip and then fed some braided fishing line through the center hole on the plastic "whip" tube to make a pull-through cleaner.
