Blind Wildcat MKIII Tune

I ordered my wildcat back in august and I didn’t receive it until the day before I left for vacation 🤦‍♂️. So naturally I brought it to the family vacation property lol. The reg was at 150 and hammer spring was on 7. I was only getting 30 shots or so before I was off the reg. So I knew I had to do some tuning to get more shots. Not shooting slugs so power isn’t on my mind right now and I could tell it was shooting plenty hot. So with no chronograph (because it’s back home) I adjusted the tune on the gun. I think it’s probably a sin to do so but sometimes it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission haha 😛. I put the reg at 135-140 and went shooting. Something still wasn’t “feeling” right so I started backing down the HS. I went from 7 to 5, then 5 to 3. 3 felt better but my groups opened up a hair. Clicked back to 4 on HS and I got my tightest groups I’ve had and I’m getting 3 mags (48 shots in .25) a fill now and the rifle “feels” balanced in my hands. Also I noticed some poi shifts happening before and after the new tune. 2 things were wrong. 1: My scope rings were loose and it helped tightening them but something was still off. 2: I took the shroud off and snugged the liner nut up a little more than what I had it at and the poi shift completely stopped. So right now with no chronograph and shooting within 50 yards this thing is setup great! When I get home I’ll see where I’m at and start reaching out further and see if I need to change the tune. I was initially scared of messing around with tuning the gun “blind” but I realized it’s not a big deal especially if have a general idea what you’re doing. Btw this is my first adjustable pcp gun and I’m already in love 🥰
