Ok I'm a fan boy of this company and their products . I had received a scope with a wonky flip up front cover , the ones where the spring wasn't tight enough to hold the lens cover out of the field of view . I sent an email on a Friday late afternoon , found out they were at the "Shot Show" so I figured it would probably be a week till I heard back . Nope got a reply from them that same day not long after my request . They shipped out a replacement right away and I'm back in business in short order . Excellent customer service ! That goes a long way in todays' market .
