Ok... I just had to post this because I am excited. So just play along. I just got off the phone with Martin at RAW and ordered the next new love. :) Ordered a HM1000x in laminate forest green with the thumbhole stock. I considered the LRT stock, but I just think the TH stock is prettier. Also got the adjustable cheek and front rail. She should be a thing of beauty. Now, the wait begins. 

I feel better now. Just had to tell someone.. LOL

Oh, left that out of the description. I ordered it in .25 cal. I also asked if it still looked like 12-14 weeks and he said that would be worst cast scenario. So I'm hoping sooner :) At 12 weeks we are talking the last week in January. 
The stock I ordered will be like this one only in Forest Green. Picture copied from their site.

I'm waiting for the email on the order to arrive. When it does, I will make sure to add anything else that wasn't covered. I told Martin that I wanted to shoot at 100 yards so he recommended the poly barrel. It comes carbon fiber wrapped. If it shoots the 25 gr at about 915, then the heavies should be somewhere around 840-860. At least that was how the Royale handled them. I want to be able to shoot both if possible. I wonder where it will shoot the 25gr if I get it optimized to shoot the 34gr? Maybe too hot for the 25gr?

Not sure about the moderator. I think it comes with the round one unless you ask for the off center one. I'll ask about that as well.

Hynzie, as far as the collection goes: My wife is happy for me to enjoy the hobby. When I showed her the picture of the gun she said "That is beautiful. Can't wait to see it". Am I a lucky man or what?

If you get the RAW for shooting the Heavy 33.95's, you can shoot the 25's in the Crown. That way you will have both guns shooting what they were designed for. The Crown doesn't have enuf power to shoot the Heavy's at 900 although Ted has had success at 830 which is doable in the Crown with a little tuning. Food for thought. Would be good to see BC tests on the Heavy's at various speeds/distances.

"Centercut"Sounds like a plan. Shooting the heavies at 910 fps with the poly barrel, you’d have a 60 fpe hammer. Although as you said, that would put the 25 gr at about 1000 fps,which might be too fast for accuracy. But you will have the Crown and Wildcat.

From what I have been hearing, the poly barrel should shoot the 25gr well even at 1000 fps. It would be nice if that were true. 
Centercut; I started breathing heavy when you said 60 fpe hammer. Sweetness. I think I like that idea. the Crown can shoot up to 100 yards, but I'd like to see what it can do beyond that. I bet the RAW does its talking about there and beyond. Sure would like to get some footage of 150-200 yard stuff :) I'd like to get the long ranger badge.

Is it here yet? Sheesh.. how long has it been. Like a month now? LOL
