I just purchased a aea assassin from them but I have not received a email or confirmation nothing. All I got was the receipt of transaction number basically. I can’t seem to find them to call. How fast did it come. Thanks

John, I did get the rifle and my apologies for the delay in my reply to you.
I had several issues with the gun that I needed to speak with him about, but there is no other way to contact him other than send him a message on his website.
I did that and got one email message from him.
I replied to him and heard nothing back so I went ahead and fixed the issues by myself.

Try getting his attention on his youtube channel comments section maybe. If his customer service is that lacking then let others know there too.

For AEA The Pellet Shop has been GREAT. Fast response (email and phone) and quick shipping. Reached out to Fox 2-3 times with no response at all. Took my buisness to the pellet shop. Being a 1st time air gun I had alot of questions that were promptly answered.

Either Bin (pellet shop or Bin Tac) will personally talk to you on the phone and do so eagerly. All I have to say about this.
