Short story-
Purchased the Daystate RW .177 HP about 4 months ago. Last week it finally happened. After 4 months of paying close attention since day 1 by in handling the battery cord hookup as gently as I possibly can, my battery cord broke (the end that's coming out of the gun stock with a white plastic tip). THANKFULLY we've got Shane at AOA's service department to save the day and send out a replacement cord (one time at no cost).
Now, I understand that Daystate, like any other busyness on earth, is looking to minimize expenses and maximize profits. BUT, selling a customer a $2.8K gun, operated on a toy car battery set-up/hookup is borderline ridiculous. I did not purchase a toy here. Airguners pay top dollars of their hard earned money for high-end products as they value, respect and appreciate the manufacturer's rep and products so IMO it's only right that companies will do the same for their customers.
