Big 50 Texan losing FPS need new hammer spring?

Well my big 50 CF 34 inch barrel is losing some fps. It was shooting around 860 fps with 450 gran slugs. I'm now at 805 fps....same pressure 3625 psi regulated..... I thought it was because of cold.winter temperatures... But now it is 75 degrees when I chronograph... I shoot alot...thinking maybe time.to replace hammer spring???????? I need to call Airforce anyway s to.get.the fill nipple on my TX2 valve is leaking. Anyways Thanks Again

I replaced my hammer spring after 9,500 shots in my 457. Made a world of difference. I did get a medium spring from Doug Noble.

The medium spring will give your 510 some new life without any further mods to the hammer or carrier tube.

That's great news I will have to try to get a hold of Doug and get a spring. I have also.noticed my trigger is getting lighter.... Probably because the hammer spring is weaker... Thank you so much

Definitely get a new hammer spring same thing happened with my 50 texan cf
