I have a English Webley .22 Tomahawk,asked JM =Air Rifle Headquarters to make a spring for me at those exact parameters,he did and worked out great.....check him out ; he does custom springs

OTHER ..... keeping the OEM spring & if a .177 replacing top hat with a lighter one.

Manufacturing a custom fit Acetal spring guide for the OEM spring & tighter latch rod clearance.

Check or correct piston seal fit while also perhaps manufacturing tighter fitting wear rings for the piston.



THAT IS TUNING ... drop in kits while working fine for most are a drop in short cut and only really reduce spring noise & some of the cyclic vibration.

I have 2 springs with Motorhead fitted guides. One spring is OEM FAC and they're quality springs and a QX4600 from JM is sub 12ft/lb and these both have a good amount of pellets on them and STILL perform amazingly
