Looks like 150 - 250gr. slugs work best. The only way to find out is to test:

I have been seeing which slugs deliver the most energy. Everything was fired in 6 shot groups. Starting at 4500psi. With the last shot being fired at around 3200psi. All of the slugs were shot with a moderator.
Aea 196gr Hollow Point
