Best scope for ProSport .177 benchrest out to 75 yds.?

Thanks for your help.
I have a Athlon Midas Tac 6-24X50 FFP on my prosport and I really like it. I normally shoot it on 16 power, and have shot it out to 100 yards and it does fine. It just depends on how much money you want to spend $200 or $2000. There are a lot of good scopes out there today on the market. Better hope there's no wind at 75 yards..lol.

Of the mentioned scopes the Sightrons in my opinion have the best glass for the money. I have always liked the Sidewinder 6-24×56 that is on my wife's D75. I did not shoot it for a couple months was shooting other guns with Sightron Stacs I looked through the Sidewinder and it appeared dark. Looking back again at the Sightron definitely brighter. The Stac line for the price, I like the 4-20×50 , with the floating dot is tough to beat. Plus they have a great veterns program.

I guess on a springer one you can trust not to start to point change on you as you go .. nuttin like your scope rattling out in the middle of something m.lol
Proper mounting will eliminate problems. Use Burris Signature Rings with the plastic inserts. Use the system to keep your scope as close to center as possible before cranking on the turrents. The inserts will soak up lots of the vibration from the spring which is what's tough on scopes. All my scopes have 10s of thousands of shots on them, to date, no problems. Lots a perceived Springer scope problems are a lack of consistent shooting skills I believe.
