If you want a cheaper option still, consider the SVBony brand on Amazon. I'm familiar with the brand from astronomy circles where it has become a welcome new low cost supplier. I only noticed they sold rife scopes recently. I received their 3-9x 40mm AO model SV166 yesterday... $22 delivered.
The fit/finish is remarkably good and the glass is clear. Focuses down to <10yds. Pull to turn turrets feel plenty good. It honestly has no business being as good as it is for that price. It even came with rings.
