Best Rest For Shooting Bullpups?

What rest have you found that works best for bullpups?

I prefer bipod in the front; bag in the back. If you don't like iPods I would recommend using a front and back rest, rather than a one piece rest. In the end, it is likely that whatever you prefer to use for normal rifles will carry to bullpups.
