Wow! I didn't know dogs kill rats?! Thought that was strictly the realm of cats, to go after rats and mice, and rodents?

most of those dogs are terriers so are working (hunting) dogs

Many of the little lap dogs that we consider useless today (other than as companion pets) were actually bred to be rat catchers.

Yeah, Europe has a serious rat problem. Like squirrels over here...remember the Black Death? At least now there is running water and night vision. But us air gunners post a vid of rats dying a 3 second death get all the pot stirred up of animal rights but dogs can use them as chew toys eating them alive. Dont bother me either way, just a chuckle how a bit of flying lead will be perceived as bad.
