N/A Best PCP rifle

Air. Cuz like dead puppies, unless you have plenty of AIR PCP's are not much fun. Hunting for air as more and more airsoft and sporting goods stores are shutting down blows, never mind hand pumping unless you're really energetic. Get a nice air pump and a tank and you will have more fun with a Zelos, being able test pellets and tune to hearts content and learn the sport, than buying an expensive gun and having "AIR-ANXIETY". With relatively cheap reliable pumps like GX with an extended warranty from amazon and a buddy bottle almost ANY current regulated cheap OR expensive pcp is best brand.

LOL... that's kinda like asking which is my favorite child or grandchild. I love them all.
Like others have said... more info about your intended use and budget is needed. Even then you'll get a plethora of opinions and you'll end up in the same position you are in now... not knowing.
But, asking here, in my opinion, is better than basing your decision on online reviews. Often times those reviews are made by folks getting free guns to review or have some affiliation with the distributor or manufacturer.

Its very hard to beat a Raw HM1000x in every category. Ive been trying to decide what get, and i keep going back to the HM1000x and thats what im getting in 25.

In all seriousness, not everyone has the same goals with thier airgun. Best will be a matter of opinion based on each individuals shooting style and gun preference. Bench or off hand shooting will change a lot in preference. Target shooting, distance will play a part. Hunting, game size along with caliber and distance plays a part, etc... the variables go on....

Everyone has a different need and preference and that's what makes the many different options so great. Budget plays a part in all of it too

If it would be only one and for everything:

A .25 Cal at about 65-70 fpe.

If you want to be able to shoot slugs: Vulcan 3 700 mm or FX Leopard.

If you want to shoot only pellets: FX Panthera Compact Hunter or FX Leopard.

If you want a semi: Sidewinder.

There is no answer.
We don't know if you like standard rifles, semi bullpups, bullpups etc.
We don't know what you want to do with it.
We don't know what level of mechanical expertise you have.
In fact, you may not know any of this either.
The best thing you could do, is find a friend who has airguns, and shoot some of his, ask questions of him and start there.

If that's not possible, then I would start like most do, buy an Avenger, Marauder, or something along those lines and shoot, shoot, shoot it and see what you fancy.
