Best Country with Pro Airgun Laws for ExPats

In the UK 12 fpe for a rifle and 6 fpe for a pistol is the power limit without requiring a firearm certificate. With a FAC you can own airguns of any power over 12fpe (NOT pistols over 6fpe). It's MUCH harder in the UK to get a FAC than a PAL or even an RPAL in Canada.

My point for asking was, that yes, it is possible to shoot high power airguns in EU with some effort = get a FAC. That is same with car or motorcycle driving licenses as well. The insurance Co will accept let say ten years driving but still need to do the tests.
Makes sense.
When I arrived to Canada in '96 I din't speak the language but I passed the driving test a very first day.

In Italy once you have your permit you can buy and shoot whatever you want and airguns of any caliber and power,

Non citizens can own there as well but you have to pass some prereq's not unlike Canada.. Difference is less restrictive on what you can own from what I remember. Added info.. I just looked up gun laws and airguns there and airguns are highly restricted.

once you get your permit as well as firearms you can buy any airgun you want, without permit i think is 7 FPE max.
