hey everyone! I’m current getting back in air rifles and I recently picked up a Gamo that I’m not all that impressed with. I plan and messing with it for a while but I’m curious what are some reliable Gas piston air rifles that are accurate, well made and won’t completely kill the bank account?

The Gamo gasrams seem to be quite pellet fussy, but if you find the right ones...I have a Gamo Swarm Maxxim, and the accuracy is nothing short of astounding with JSB Heavies. As the great UT review of Steve Sciali (AEAC) showed it works great with FTT green too.

Just asking.....why does it have to be a gas ram? There are a lot of really nice spring guns you will over look by limiting yourself to gas rams.

I guess I doesn’t matter I’ll take ideas just don’t wanna invest into guns that need a tank or compressor

Now that crittaachitta asked my 1st question and you responded we can get to likely the number one standard answer......................
RWS34 is outstanding . An R-7 or R9 perhaps, a bit more money but a bit more finish also. Need ( ? ) magnum power RWS 48/54/54 which the 54 modle being an extra treat to fire.

Just checked out the RWS 34 it looks like a pretty nice gun. And the price tag isn’t to bad eather. I guess if I keep having problems with my Gamo I’ll be ordering that. Thanks for the help guys!
