Bought it in late September. Worked great filling my Wildcat to 230 bar for about fifteen fills. Started to squeak a bit during fill cycle. Then the pump assembly magically started to relocate itself within the metal cabinet. Although the pump normally moves to reduce vibration, this was not normal operation. Metal exit fitting hung up on case. I called Benjamin and sent it back. They received it and let me know the original diagnosis was to replace the unit. I thought great! Then they told me they are waiting until MAY for their next shipment! I will call back next week for an update. The reps have been great.......but nothing until May??? I would at least to expect my warranty to restart once I receive the news unit.

Just wanted to give a follow up with the warranty. Over the past two months I called Benjamin three times to check on progress of the repair or for verification on the May ship date for the new unit. Every person I talked with was polite and great at customer service. Unfortunately they had no updates. The last call found something different, the customer service rep looked at the timeline and knew this could be improved. Needless to say, the repaired unit arrived yesterday and performs perfectly. Pleased with the warranty outcome.
