I have a Benjamin Travel Compressor for a Marauder Custom Shop. My friend tried to use it with his Air Arms 510 and it seems the fittings do not match up. Are the fittings on the Benjamin compatible with other brands or proprietary?

There is no standard for the foster fill fittings. Most Chinese fittings will not fit U.S. fittings.
And just to really make things confusing many of the Chinese fittings will not fit other Chinese fittings.
Add to that the differences in the metric vs British and American threads on them and you have quite a mess.
Sorry not at home so don't have the info you need to fit them together.
I only use the USA made Ninja brand fittings these days as they always fit together. But they don't have metric threads so are not usable on most of the Chinese compressors and filters.

The quick connect *should* fit the male foster connector.
Be more descriptive about the problem. Some fitting are tight enough that you must push the female collar until it clicks over the male.nipple.
Try a little harder. I bet it will work.

I have FOSTER females that will not fit the FX impact and Maverick along with many other probes I. The female is not large enough to fit over the Male foster fitting. . It has nothing to do with balls or o rings , females are not drilled large enough. I'll try the Ninja solution. I read, previously, about paint ball fitting being unsafe on PCP applications.
I have several hoses with the "brass" 5 ball fittings and had NO incidents from them.
