Benjamin Sheridan C9 Silver Streak

Guys, gals….





I have had a Benjamin C9 Silver Streak for years. I have recently been getting the air rifle bug with a couple guys at work. I’m in the process of picking me up a PCP soon. 


I’m not sure I even want to shoot the Silver Streak and may consider selling if I thought it would help raise funds for the PCP setup. 


Anyway, here’s a few pictures. I haven’t looked for the box, but have to believe I still have it somewhere ( I never throw anything away). 


I have a spare seal kit and plenty pellets, may make a good backyard gun….

Is there anything I should do before just pumping it up and shooting some? I’d bet it hasn’t had 50 pellets shot thru it since I bought it new several years ago.

Yeah, I had one when I was real young and don’t remember what happened to it…



I bought this one @ 12-14 years ago as I always had found memories of the first one. Shot it a couple times in the backyard this morning at 20 yards, bout a dime size group. Think it will do for ground squirrels coming to wife’s bird feeder.

Those pump guns all benefit from regular oiling of the pump linkage pivots … don’t oil the pump cup, just the pivot pins. The load on the pump linkage is very high, and its steel on steel, so oil is good. … plain 30wt motor oil is ok.
