Benjamin Recharge Compressor questions

Anyone know anything about this compressor?

Would it work to top off tanks from 3000 up to 4500 psi? 

Drawbacks or better options from name brand companies?

it looks similar to other models from other manufacturers. When my Benjamin traveler gives up the ghost, I'll probably go with this one. If you get one tell us all about it
