Thanks in advance for your help!

New Benjamin Marauder 25 cal. When I shoot without the magazine, the O-ring at the bolt pops partway out to the rear and it is much louder. Everything works great with the magazine in.

The O-ring at the bolt looks perfect other than it pops out. Suggestions?

Side note: Wow, I am an avid firearm and airgun shooter (new to PCP) and I am amazed at the accuracy of this Airgun. One ragged hold at 40 Yards, every time.

Get a new one and put it in. Buy a 3/16" dowel rod and put it in the muzzle and thread it down the bore until you get to where the groove for the o-ring is. Lube your o-ring with silicon grease and press it into the rear of the breach of the barrel. Try and keep it consentric with the barrel as you slowly push it into the groove. You might need a tooth pick or a dental pick which you can pick up when you get the dowel rod to help position the 0-ring into the groove. The dowel rod is to help you from pushing the o-ring past the groove. If you order it from Crossman it will be part # 106-005 … if you get it from some other place like the O-Ring Store (on line) it will be a size 010 Buna N 70. You would probably be better off ordering through the O-Ring Store because Crossman seems to take a long time sending it through the mail. Hope this helps.

I have a Marauder that's about 5 years old. Love the gun, and just installed a regulator a week ago. First tests are extremely promising. I've been shooting unregulated at 75 yards and getting inch and a half groups all day long. Just keep the pressure up and it'll serve you extremely well.

The breech o-ring can be a bit tricky to get in, and I've seen two techniques that work. First is to use a dowel just big enough to go down the barrel and use it as a stop, then work the w-ring in. The other is to pinch the ring so it's a bit oblong and press it into the groove. Either works.

Good luck, and keep shooting!
