It should be a standard picatinny rail unless there is a blemish in the machining?

What rings are you attempting to install?

You could drill and tap and counter sink a properly placed hole for the secondary cross bolt of you want it perfect to just use what you have. If not enough space apart when initial measurements done then do 2 secondary tapped holes redo the whole thing yourself.

If you don't wanna bother then you could just simply run a tiny C-Clamp at the front of the missing cross pin tighten it first then the Crossbolt last to give that C-Clamp tension so it won't come off.

If you using something like THIS...

If you plan on using a medium to high magnification scope I suggest buying this so you don't run out of elevation and can actually optically center your scope and also be able to zero at 100 yards and 200 yards.

...we have had good results with these mounts on the Cayden...

...their low profile @ 1.1" over bore is more like a medium in most brands... I get just enough magazine clearance with an Alpha 6 scope...it is snug where the turrets are but not an issue...is almost like guide...I like to keep parallax to the minimum and these mounts do that...
