Tuning Benjamin Akela 22 magazines won't advance

Hi there folks!
I'm Shaun. I am a newbie here.
I want to say, "Hello!". I live in North Ga and am new to this wonderful PCP world of glitter!
I looked and looked and looked for a suitable air rifle that would suit my needs. I finally decided on the Benjamin Akela 22 model.
Wow! It put my old Gamo Whisper Fusion Elite to shame. Really. Not even in the same league. I know.
But, I am SO glad I purchased this beauty!
Only one problem that I have. The magazines won't advance to the next pellet unless I use my left hand to "tap" it back to the right, ever so slightly. It seems like every shot I take shifts the mag to the left like a half a mm. Not much but, enough to stop the pin from advancing smoothly. (And I am using the 2 mags that came with the rifle. Everything is brand new!)
So, I have to take my left hand off the front to tap the mag, take my eye off the scope and then try to get back on target.
Do you feel my pain?
I have watched many videos and have seen what it's "supposed" to do. I have also looked high and low to see if I am the only one with this same problem. Nada.
Please help. I really don't want to have to send it back!

Thank you!

Shaun

If loosening the screw a tiny bit doesn’t work, it could be that the pellets you have loaded are too long and are dragging. Are you using polymags or a slug that is too long? Have you tried other pellet types and gotten the same result?
*** I am not sure if polymags are too long for the magazine, I don’t currently have any to test in my magazine, so this is just a suggestion to consider.***

Thanks for the head's up regarding the magazines @ Midway. I just got my Akela a few days ago, and I am very impressed. So far, it has shot everything I've feed it really well, and it has a ton of power for a .22. I actually ended up cutting a coil off the hammer spring, and may trim it a little more just to tone it down a bit. It's super consistent with the Hades at a little more than half power on the TP knob-sending them at 880 fps.
