I bought this gun new in the early 90s. It’s sports a Beeman scope but also along the way the caps are gone. I have not looked to hard. I bought it as a snake gun but it seems to irritate the neighbors now. I think I am getting PCP lust. Is there a cure?

yes .. get you a new gauntlet2 and an electric bottle pump like a tuxing .. youll be rockin then ..

If you can afford it, absolutely get one. They have came a long way, pretty amazing what they can do these days.
Get a good fill setup lined up beforehand. Nothing worse than buying a new gun and can't shoot it!

I have a Beeman R10 that I purchased as a teen in 1986. A member here on our forum just recently gave it an upgrade and brought it back to life. It had a broken spring and had not been shot in a long while. It is in great shape now and a lot of fun to shoot.
Definitely get a pcp if it is in your budget for a rifle and an air supply. They are a ton of fun and are easier to shoot accurately than a springer. I like having both springers and pcp since they are so different.
