The title is good. I think enough of us enjoy the humor in the wordplay which is what’s garnering some of the attention. 


Call in licensed trappers? I had to look up the protocol on that. I find it odd to permit hunting otters and not beavers. It also seems strange that they can only be trapped with a DNR license, but it appears that there’s no bag limit on them using this method within the seasons.
