Resources Be a better field target shooter in 15 minutes- Temperature shift with Brian Van Liew

My Falcons usually give me one shift for ranging. The T501 (which is silver) shifts around 85 degrees, the T503 (which is black) shifts around 90. I think the T501 maybe has a shift around 40 degrees but it's been a couple of years since I used that scope in cold temperatures. And I was using it on a springer, so sometimes it's tricky to determine if it's a scope shift or a velocity change. I mean, I could figure it out if I cared, but it's a back up scope so I probably won't bother. If I'm using that scope, things have already gone off the rails.

I thought I was getting a lateral shift at 70 degrees in the T503, turned out to be the el cheapo scope rings.
