Barrel Rail Mount ?

Hi All I'm new to all this and just purchased my first 2 air rifles in .22 cal. My question is the problems I see everyone having is mounting a sling to a break barrel, is there a reason you cant use a Barrel Rail mount like this and add a Picatinny sling mount? Does it affect accuracy on a air rifle? Just wondering why no one is using a barrel sling mount.

Should not be a problem adding a sling to a break barrel, used a sling on my R1 .22 cal for over 15 years. Mount a barrel band close to the hinge point on the barrel. The bottom attaches to a stud screwed into stock, or they make a part that slips under the butt pad with a snap attachment. I use the "Uncle Mikes" products and a leather sling and never had an issue. Have the same setup on my TX200 but use the cocking arm rather than the barrel.

Thanks for your help! I read a few other reviews saying they used the "Uncle Mikes" products as well. I just ordered mine on amazon to give it it shot. I got the Ruger Air Magnum and this gun is over 10lbs so it needs a sling lol. I cant see it affecting accuracy that much since you have to crank down on this barrel to load it at 42lbs. Just getting into air rifles with my grandson and were kind of limited on what we can buy without costing a fortune cause here in NJ you cant have a pellet gun with a built in sound suppressor, it constitutes a fourth degree criminal offense cause they consider it a silencer cause a pellet gun here is a Firearm, heck you have to be 18 to shoot a airsoft gun here, good old NJ lol.
