Barrel Indexing

Hi

I own a FX Impact X .22 with 700mm Slug barrel and are about to indexing my barrel.

Have read a bit about barrel indexing how to do it and so on but have question ...


If I rotate the barrel so that I get the highest hit at 12 o'clock, does this not also affect eg Strelok Pro to be able to calculate how much I should keep above or below my target?

Eg. i have my gun Zero at 50m and when i type in eg. 115 meter in Strelok it says U36 clicks... but it doesnt "know" that my barrel is slightly bent.. so the target will be missed with the "bent barrel" error i have on my barrel eg. 11clicks or something...how do i compensate for this.. in Strelok. 

Or is there some form of compensation in Strelok Pro that I can enter this "value" of higher or lower

Goog question but I would think the POI of your barrel regardless of how indexed would be the new norm and the trajectory is the same regardless of the indexing. The main factor is the speed and weight of the projectile . Am I right guys?

Once you get done indexing you'll of course rezero to 50 since your POI is now higher. Once rezero'd that's all Strelok needs to know, it'll take care of the rest as long as you give it all the other vital information.
