Barrel Band

Is there a barrel band available that can be attached to a barrel that does not require the shroud or suppressor to be removed?
Hopefully two piece that will fit over a 1/2 inch barrel and 1 inch air tube.

I'd go for a precision barrel band for my Wildcat and Streamline if there was such a thing.

If had skills like some guys have, I'd make my own.
