Barra 250z .25 cal

So I’m still new here but wanted to put my input on how my 250z is doing and at first I wasn’t too impressed but that was because of my lack of time to really shoot it and sit down and get some numbers and some different pellets and slugs through it and man I’m super happy with this thing. I purchased a Donny fl ryu on accident actually I was supposed to order the yokozuna which I thought I did but anyways let me tell you this thing went from not backyard friendly to definitely back yard friendly. My main concern is that look wise it’s like a tiny bit smaller then the barrel/shroud so look wise it kinda looks weird but not so much it’s kinda close but whatever it does its job to the fullest super quiet now. I’m shooting the 25.89 gr jts dead centers 901-910 fps hole on hole at 40yards and some cheap Amazon Apollo slugs that are 33gr 850ish fps pretty much dime size at 40yrds so I’m gonna get some actual well made slugs cause I wanna start stretching her legs and shoot some long range shots but I’m prolly gonna have to mess with the reg and hammer spring a little bit if I wanna send them out further but idk we’ll see im gonna sit down one of these up coming days and really do some shooting but i really wanna work on the trigger im not a fan at all of the plastic crappy trigger I really wish they just put a regular trigger in there but it’s workable I guess. Well that’s all for now wish me luck thanks guys

I just got mine as well (.25 cal) and I must say I am really enjoying this rifle. First few shots without my mod was a pretty good crack! Added my Sound Ordnance mod and quieted her down quite a bit. NOT TOO CRAZY about the super LOOONNGGGG 1st stage of the trigger, gotta get in there and fix that right quick and in a hurry.

What are you using for a scope? I'm shopping for good glass right now. 8^)

Use code whoteewho at checkout and it’s only 204 bucks. Cannot be beat for the money. Normally was 400 bucks

I bought one for my daughter & had it dialed in quickly. IMHO It's easily a 100 yd gun and maybe even more. Regrettably airgunning hasn't #1 on my To-Do list, but am eager to find out.

It's a bolt action LR piece, so the slow rate of fire doesn't really bother me for this kind of shooting. Cycling it improves w time.

The build quality is impressive for the price & It's been a lot of fun.

I see it as an inexpensive potentially "Accord" of airguns.

Would recommend.

I bought one in .25 this week! They even have a military discount, which was awesome. I ordered a Donny FL Yokozuna and am topping it off with a DTN Zulus 5-20R V2. This will be my first air rifle and I am really looking forward to some hunting with my son. I am realizing that I might need a chronograph in order to do some fine tuning of the rifle. I’ve saw a trigger kit for this rifle, has anybody bought one?
