I know the exist but can't find one. Anyone have a lead? Or another way to tune the hammer?

You're talking about the Diana Bandit? I installed a shorter, stiffer spring in mine so there was free flight space. Made the shot nice and crisp.

I did the same with my .177. My 30fpe .25 has some bounce. No way around it. I'm sure a slingshot hammer could be made, but I dont' have the tooling to do it.

I cut my factory spring. But my .177 is tuned to only shoot 650fps, and is regulated, so I only need a very lighty hammer strike.
If you went the route of Chris, you might try a pr700w hammer spring (if you can find one). They are stiffer, and a direct fit.

Does anyone know where to find that drop in PR700W spring? Regulated .177 Bandit owner here and would love to find a spring that I can just order, or at least find a backup for my OEM spring before I modify it.
