Ballistol for pellets?

Yes i use it to lube pellets and bullets in my bulldog. I place the bullets/pellets in a shallow container with a felt pad on the bottom saturated with Ballistol. keeps the barrel much cleaner.

I am sure somebody has asked this before but I can not find it. Can Ballistol be safely used as a pellet lube in a high power PCP. I have used silicon based lube but just ran out and was thinking of trying some ballistol. The only info on the can states that it is made from white mineral oil. Does Ballistol have a high flashpoint?

I have used both Ballistol and silicone for swaging slugs to help them release. I found some of my earlier ones (likely Ballistol, or no lube used for release) and they are oxidized. The ones with silicone definitely are not.
