Nice Bob! I'm sure they are grateful. I ran my Bushog for a while this morning and a field rat tried to make a run for it. Big Red Tailed hawk snatched his but off the ground at full pace.. What a beautiful thing..
I'm sure those eagles are majestic, surely symbolic.
Ah, so cool. We do have some here too, but never had that hunting. I know they are better at fishing that I am. Spent a all day fishing one day for nothing, one of those popped up for 5 minutes and cought a trout almost right next to us.
They should just about be nest building soon I would think. Fledglings are usually due in April/May depending on the weather I suppose. You could have a mating pair there Bob O. The females are usually larger than the males due to egg carrying capabilities, but I can't tell the size difference from that picture, they both look the same size to me. Both clutch however and oft times get covered in snow while doing so.
My primary rifle is the FX Crown 22. I've had this rifle about 2 months. My plan for this was to get the 30 caliber barrel kit, and also be able to shoot 22 slugs. Still waiting on the slug liners though. And I hear there's a shortage of 30 caliber pellets.
The other times I use the FX Streamline 22. I've had this rifle about 13 months.
