I just went through this and I think we all lose, not to pick on any dealer in particular, but I was just shipped something carelessly packed, so one of the item was damaged badly. The vendor addressed the issue by sending out a new one, packed much better this time and paid for the return of the broken one. That is great but now they have to deal with something broken and I had to wait another week to use my new purchase because of a careless attitude in the shipping dept. I have had this happen a number of times mostly with Amazon, just do not get it, take the time and care to pack things well before shipping and well all benifit.
