Twice I recieved JSB shipment with 4.48 or less nominal headsize. Looks like JSB is messing up big time while the buyer gets stuck with return shipping, restocking fee and scrapping tins with only 5 or so pellets used. Not good.
He blames JSB in his comment, now the title should have both but don't you think some quality control should happen from the middle man to the customer? While Utah has no control over the bad pellets they should be checking to make sure bad pellets aren't coming to us. The return goes to Utah, not JSB. The headache is from ordering and waiting from Utah they're distributing bad pellets technically. I mean it's not completely unfair to Utah.. I see the argument but imo it would seem both have a responsibility of ensuring the product is correct when they hand them out to the customer...
Maybe time to change and honor the printed specification or REMOVE IT or add tolerance. Might take 10 years but it is a start. There is a difference between marketing spec and engineering specs. The gap is getting narrower as it is becoming harder to LIE.
