RAW Rapid Bad day with my RAW

Yesterday it was blowing air out the reg vent too so I replaced the large o-ring inside the reg. Before I disassembled the reg I measured the OAL then after rebuilding I returned it to the same OAL so I hope I did not change the reg’s pressure setting?

After I installed the reg, bottle and plenum, for the umpteenth time I aired it up and voila, it held air! Go figure? ID have no clue what happened previously or what was different today but it’s holding air … so far.

I did not need the 20cc extension I am only using the 35cc necked down plenum.
Good luck Tim with the fix. Sounds like it is holding air now. Let us know how it shoots with the new plenum.

I was chuckling about your comment about, ‘what was different this time, now that it’s holding air.’ Sorta reminds me of how I feel when my EzAY fill trigger actually ‘works’ and fills air without leaking from Lord knows where? 😀

I don't mind working on stuff but its bewildering NOT to know how you arrived at a solution and not having the confidence to get to that point again.

Kirk...hopefully that will solve Tim's leak issues! 🙏
Just saw this today .
I have no experience with the extensions .... but I fully understand the frustration of RAW airgun leaks :p .
My Sekhmet gauges still leak down after a few months.

The only Plenum I'm using is this:
While looking very shaky, been in service on my first RAW 1000x LRT for 5 years (no leaks).

Hopefully the CO2 cylinder is pointed AWAY from you 😁

You are missing the part that goes between the reg and the plenum extension. Both the smaller and larger plenum extensions are designed to be used with the adapter part that goes between the reg and the plenum extension.
No this isn't correct. There are two plenum extenders (35cc & 45cc) that can be used alone on your gun. The 45cc is full-size and the 35cc is necked down to fit the LRT stock. The plenum screws into the action body, and the regulator will screw into the end of this plenum extender and you're good to go. The 20cc Extender Extension is just that; it will screw into the 35cc or 45cc plenum extenders and add an addition 20cc of volume to each.

I read through the pages for the 35cc and 45cc extenders and the 20cc extension, and they seem very clear to me. I don't see anything that is incorrect.

The 20cc Extension will NOT work on it's own.

If kineticsecuritysolutions was still up and running, their plenum was a plug and play.

Sounds like you got it up and running, though it is odd that a company would sell a part.....and not the entire thing.

Heck IGolf if I were closer I would hand you my parts bin. I have a few probes and parts, as well as an entire rifle I would let you use. Hope you get your parts and you kick butt with them.

Thanks for clarifying. I was going by what AF told me over the phone when these first came out.

I wish the 20cc extender would work on it's own, just so the bottle wouldn't stick out so far. The 35cc and 45cc extensions really push the bottle quite a bit forward, which I'm not a fan of.
