Just a bit of backyard pest control to reduce the numbers of squirrels around my community up in the residential areas. This one ended being scope cam only.

With the amount of diseased pests you've got, I'd put up another bait station right at the brush line or 10 yards out.
I agree, the mange is greatly accentuated from over population. 1 gets its and with over population the fighting among males for food and females spreads it quickly. About 1 out of 5 put down on my property has it...Be careful with those diseased pests they can spread it to your dogs/cats easily.
Nutters around here are always scratching, full of fleas. That can also be a reason for the hairless/raw areas that make them even more susceptible to mange or other disease.. Here we just had a rabies warning last month on local rodents...

@acs, glad you enjoyed the video, and I agree with your thoughts. I try to use or consume most everything I kill, but critters with mange (or other unknown ailments) do get disposed of, and not taken back for cleaning. Unfortunate...but a decision that has to be made.
