i got my Brocock Bantam in February, the price now is $999! I should have waited. Be that what it is, I love this rifle. It's the deal on a 480cc carbon fiber tank equipped rifle. Power accuracy and shot are all fantastic. It's carbine sized with nice heft.

So what makes the prices go up and down with different manufacturers. Seems like FX is going up and Brocock is going down. What's up with that? And there are not exactly new guns. I don't get it.

I just saw a vid from Giles last night that showed a new "target" version compatto coming out with Huma reg factory installed. Price fluctuations might be reflecting the introduction of this new arrival?

I was thinking FX was going down. The new Crown is less than the Impact or the Royale/Boss line.

As foreign currencies fluctuate against the Dollar so do the price of goods from foreign lands. As new models are released supplanting old models, the old models are reduced in price to move them off the shelves in order to make room for the "new" product that the public will be clamoring for. Simple business principles.

I read that the British pound has been beat up due to Brexit, so that might be part of it.
