Adjusted the trigger to 2 lb ,and the reg to 2600 psi and backed the HS off 1 turn ,shooting 25.4 JSB pellets at 897 .groups at 35yds tighten up a bit .

Cleaned the barrel? I would try shooting it starting at 3600psi or less and work your way down lower start fill pressure. You may be surprised. Reg sounds kinda high even for a 25 cal. I would try 2400.
