Looking to start on upgrades for my Avenger in a couple of weeks as the last hunting season closes for this winter.
Are the 3D barrel harmonic bands worth the effort?
I will have the gun apart for other work so fitting them will just be time spent, but is it worth it? Do they actually make a difference? Anybody have real world experience?
I love what @SkeeterHawk did with the carbon sleeves and IIRC he said the cost was less than $50. That's not much more than the harmonic tuning bands and probably a whole lot more practical because it just removes any barrel "whip". I imagine the carbon sleeve thing is a whole lot more work, but it's winter and I have some time...
3D printed rings, carbon sleeves, or it makes no difference?

Edit - mentioned the wrong member, Revenger has the crazy powerful Avenger, SkeeterHawk is the one with the carbon fiber barrel cover.
