Hopefully with faster twist rate barrels it will consistently tighten up groups. Though today with the swirling wind was probably making it a bit tough. Does seem these slugs buck the wind better upon initial testing.

Avenger .25 ... 110 FPE !?

Whats your shot count on the avenger did you get a bottle on yours? sounds like it aint even an avenger no more the amout a stuff u did to it.

It's been a couple months since I even shot it but I think I was getting around 20 full power shots at this level. Basically the only thing that is still "Avenger" is the action block assembly but I have modded that too.

That is an insane amount of power from a 25 cal. Definitely impressed and I'm sure it kicks like crazy for an airgun.

Wow I turned my hammer spring up and set my reg at 3000 maxed out at 960 fps with jsb hades .25 cal think I was at 52 fpe lil less

I had a moded Avenger also, 100 fpe but, becose of the barrel i had to settle for 70-75 fpe for good acccuracy. If you want to make good use of the 110 fpe you will have to up grade the barrel. You see Alien Airguns And Bargains he has been making top notch parts for the Avenger.

Correct. If you're willing and able most airguns are capable of insane power. My off the production line 100fpe on a good day .35 Bighorn is now doing 250fpe. Barrel, porting, valve, bottle, pressure. A lot of work to make a $600 gun do what others can but so rewarding when you do.

Some of you folks go way deeper into this whole thing than I do.
I got my .25 Avenger and added the BR Tactical Kit to it.
I set myself up to cast the NOE 250 27 RF pellets and I cull them to the weight that my gun shoots them the most accurately. Then I fine tuned my gun for that accuracy and shot count within my 45 yards shooting range.
I am at 40 fpe and I'm good right there.
